Student Agreement

• Board export: the completed whiteboard can be saved as a PDF and downloaded after each session

• A written session summary from the tutor outlining what was covered
• A progress note shared with the parent by email
• The whiteboard content remains accessible in the student's account for review and revision

• ✓ Ensure your child has a suitable device, internet connection, webcam, and microphone ready before each session
• ✓ Treat the tutor with respect in all interactions through the Platform
• ✓ Not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without TutorGator's written permission
• ✓ Not share your account login with anyone
• ✓ Contact TutorGator promptly if you have any concerns about a session or a tutor

Each enrolment covers one subject for one 10-week term. The package is 10 × 60-minute one-to-one sessions at AU$75.90 per hour (incl. GST), giving a total of AU$759 per subject per term. Multiple subjects require separate enrolments.

TutorGator will match your child with an appropriate tutor based on their year level, subject, and availability. If for any reason a tutor is unable to continue mid-term, TutorGator will source a replacement as quickly as possible and give you advance notice of any change.

If you cancel before your child's first session takes place, you are entitled to a full refund of all fees paid. No cancellation fee applies.

Within 7 days of your child's first session, if you are not satisfied, email admin@tutorgator.com.au and we will refund all fees paid for unused sessions (calculated at AU$75.90 per unused session). No questions asked.

• More than 5 sessions remaining: refund for unused sessions, less a AU$150 administration fee
• 5 or fewer sessions remaining: no refund for unused sessions
• Refunds processed within 10 business days of your written request

• More than 48 hours' notice: rescheduled at no charge
• Less than 48 hours' notice: cancellation fee of AU$37.95 (50% of session rate) applies
• No-show without notice: full session rate of AU$75.90 charged

You can pause your enrolment mid-term at any time by contacting admin@tutorgator.com.au. Unused sessions at the time of pause will be held and available when you resume, subject to tutor availability.
